Theater for Cardboard allows you to enjoy your own 2D and 3D movies in a virtual cinema, gratis (it also supports panoramic 360° and 180° movies)!

Theater for Cardboard supports SBS, Over/Under and Red-Cyan anaglyph formats, as well as plain 2D movies in all formats originally supported by your phone (go for the .mp4 files for a sure hit: your mileage might vary with other formats), and can be used both on devices with a cardboard trigger, or with the ones without one (with a keyboard or a classic focus control scheme).
.srt subtitles encoded in UTF-8 are also supported, and can be selected manually, or automatically detected if they are named like the video.
